Return Policy

Each piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are considered final.

Made-to-Order Items

All carpets and artworks are produced individually upon purchase. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@kenkelleher.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Color & Variation

Each piece is hand-crafted. Slight variations in color, carving, and finish are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

Screen displays may also vary slightly from the final physical piece.

Shipping Damage

All orders are carefully packaged. If damage occurs in transit, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and produce a replacement if necessary.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Delivery Refusal

Refused deliveries are not eligible for refund. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
