Emerging from Low Orbit City—a drifting civic organism suspended between night and day—it pulls imagination out of the glow and drops it into physical reality. We are no longer observing the billboard; we are world-building. Luminal Pop transforms glow into gravity, inflating pop iconography into supersized, reflective avatars that anchor themselves into our streets, plazas, and harbors.
